Friends of the River Crane Environment

The location of this Volunteer Sunday will announced nearer the time. We always have plenty of jobs for all ages and skills such as : 

• Building a loggery
• Improving dead hedges
• Blackthorn removal
• Opening up riverside views
• Clearing vegetation
• Litter picking
• Woodchipping paths

FORCE would greatly appreciate your help in maintaining this local environment for us all as there is always plenty to do. We have a restricted number of places so booking is essential. 

Everybody is welcome to join us. If this is your first time volunteering with us kindly fill in our welfare form in advance. Due to safeguarding needs all children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We recommend you wear tough outdoor clothes and footwear with long trousers and a long sleeved top. If you can stay all day please bring along some lunch and something to drink. Or come along for an hour or two to see what we get up to !
