Mindfulness Walk in Mereway Nature Reserve

Sunday 08 September 2019
11:00 to 12:30

WT Mindfulness

This is a rare opportunity to explore how our relationship with the natural world can build a sense of stillness, wonder, and emotional resilience. Andrea Hosfeld, a local mindfulness teacher with Space to Be, will be leading us on a walk along the River Crane which will include periods of mindful movement, breath meditation, silence and reflection. Mindfulness is a practice which involves paying attention to your present moment experience with acceptance and non-judgement. When we walk with mindfulness we open ourselves up to all of our senses. If you’re interested in experiencing the nature reserve at Mereway through a different lens with an open heart and mind, please come along!

Please come along with sturdy footwear, and in clothing suitable for the weather on that day. Booking is essential as we need to know how many folk will attend. We shall meet beside the notice board at the entrance to Mereway Nature Reserve at the end of Mereway Road, just over the bridges from Kneller Gardens.
