Enjoying the outdoors: a series of family-friendly short walks along the River Crane
We have created a new set of walks along the Crane focusing on our carved benches. These walks are intended for families with 5-10 year old children to enjoy together.
Each walk can be completed separately or can be joined up to make
longer walks. Most walks are suitable for wheelchair users and buggies.
The first walk goes from Twickenham (The Crane Tap) to Kneller Gardens
This walk takes in the following benches:- Plane Tree, Train, Sparrow, Woodpecker, Fox and Fox and then into Kneller Gardens which also has several carvings around the park. Please click here for the Bench Walk and challenges.
