Friends of the River Crane Environment

Today we shall be volunteering at Twickenham Junction Rough and the Rifle Club. During the police investigation into the major incident in Twickenham they cut down significant areas of vegetation that bordered on Craneford field.  FORCE has offered to help with the significant repair and restoration of the affected grounds.  If time allows we also be carrying out our regular maintenance of the unaffected areas of the Rough.

FORCE would greatly appreciate your help in maintaining this local environment for us all as there is always plenty to do. 

We have a restricted number of places so booking is essential. Please only attend if you have received a response from us, otherwise we may regretfully have to turn you away on the day. Two sessions are being held so you can book just one or both :

Everybody is welcome to join us. Kindly fill in our welfare form in advance. Due to safeguarding needs all children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We recommend you wear tough outdoor clothes and footwear with long trousers and a long sleeved top. If you can stay all day please bring along some lunch and something to drink. Or come along for an hour or two to see what we get up to !
