River Crane Walk celebrating 20 years of FORCE : Walk 2

Wednesday 19 April 2023
10:30 to 12:00

This year we are happy to be celebrating the 20th Anniversary of FORCE ! To mark the occasion we are holding three walks to visit the paths and enjoy the green locale. Over these 20 years 20 benches have been installed by FORCE along the river banks and parks so we shall take this opportunity to visit each bench and chat about the area.  This is also to celebrate all the help given by members, volunteers and trustees to grow the River Crane into a place that so many people now enjoy.

This is a gentle convivial walk from the Kingfisher bench in Crane Park beside Hospital Bridge Road and in Lincoln Fields, taking in robins, Shire horses, stag beetle benches amongst others. We shall end this linear walk near Twickenham Railway Station for ease of transport.

Booking here is essential so we know how many folk to cater for. The What3words location is taker.onion.comet

Do wear sturdy footwear, and in clothing suitable for the weather on that day.  Due to safeguarding needs all children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  We are a very sociable group and look forward to meeting you.
