Bird walk along the River Crane
Sunday 04 February 2024
10:00 to 11:00
This year we are again holding a winter bird walk along the River Crane and hopefully shall see some winter migratory birds too. Take a walk and catch the early morning birds in Crane Park with our expert Keith Martin. You will be surprised to learn about the number of species we have living close by.
The walk starts from the noticebaord in Mereway Nature Reserve which is at the end of Mereway Road in Twickenham. The What3Words location is apron.pound.crunch. You can also walk from Meadway through Kneller Gardens over the small bridge. Sorry but no dogs on the walk today. Booking is essential so we know how many folk to cater for.
Do wear sturdy footwear, and in clothing suitable for the weather on that day. Due to safeguarding needs all children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We are a very sociable group and look forward to meeting you.
