Friends of the River Crane Environment

The venue for this Volunteer Sunday is at Little Park, meeting at the Hanworth Road entrance. The entrance to Little Park is on the north-west side of the Hanworth Road (A314) between the two branches of the River Crane, adjacent to the South West Middlesex (Hanworth) Crematorium. We always have plenty of jobs for all ages and skills such as : 

• Litter picking
• Building dead hedges
• Woodchipping along paths
• Pulling out invasive Himalyan Balsam

FORCE would greatly appreciate your help in maintaining this local environment for us all as there is always plenty to do. Please book your tickets here. We have plenty of spaces but if you book we know to expect you and it helps our planning.

Everybody is welcome to join us. If this is your first time volunteering with us kindly fill in our welfare form in advance. Due to safeguarding needs all children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We recommend you wear tough outdoor clothes and footwear with long trousers and a long sleeved top. If you can stay all day please bring along some lunch and something to drink. Or come along for an hour or two to see what we get up to !
