Friends of the River Crane Environment developed this 2017 programme of guided walks, community learning activities and workshops led by experts.
These events were FREE. Children were welcome to attend all events, except where noted, but family friendly are highlighted with

Bat Walk along the River Crane Sun 3rd Sep 19:30–21:00 An evening walk to search for bats along the River Crane and to discover these fascinating nocturnal animals.

Fungi Walk along the River Crane Wed 18th Oct 10:00–11:30 A fun morning beside the River Crane looking for mushrooms and fungi.
A Walk from Isleworth to Kneller Gardens Sat 16rd Dec 10:30-12:30 A walk is along the banks of the Duke of Northumberland's River from Silverhall Park in Isleworth to Kneller Gardens where there are refreshments in the pavilion.
